Eating & drinking in the Finkenhof
Pleasure is matter of the chef. He, Alois Rauch, gets the ideas for his recipes and menus on the road. He is a passionate chopper-biker and gourmet and he cruises a lot in South Tyrol and in the neighbour-regions. And arrived in the Finkenhof, he whips up new delicacies.His cuisine is down-to-earth and refined. The meal surprises with little details, it pleases you and gives you energy and health.
The latter is very important for us. As a bike-hotel we want to entertain you with genuine meals. A spaghetti-pot-pourri does god to sportsmen and sportswomen! Accompanied by a good glass of wine, choosen by your host Mr. Fink, you will enjoy a real gourmet's dinner!
On announcement we offer also gluten- and lactose-free food as well as soya-substitutes (Euro 5 supplement a day)
