Reservations: Please send cofirmation of your booking on receipt of the hotel's confirmation. Room booking is valid only after a written confirmation. We ask you also to make a deposit.
How to pay: We offer a 2% discount for cash payment! We also accept credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Eurocard, EC/Maestro Cards and pagobancomat card. We don't accept American Express and Diner's.
Arrive - Departure: When you arrive the room is available from 2 p.m. Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on day of departure. If you are due to arrive after 7 p.m. please inform us by telephone.
Insurance: Occasionally, something can happen bevore the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are finally covered.
Cancellation policy: If no agreement (travel cancellation insurance) has been made, the following charges will apply in the case of cancellations:
30 days or more bevore arrival: 0%
29 days to 7 days before arrival: 3 days
7 days ore less before arrival, non-arrival, late arrival and early departure: 100%
